I welcome an open discussion around what you hope to gain from therapy, how you envision your therapeutic journey unfolding, and what feels important for you within the process. Each session remains grounded in what you bring on the day, allowing the therapeutic space to unfold naturally through your own experiences, reflections, and emotional needs.
I currently offer online therapy through phone and telehealth for both individuals and couples, welcoming Scandinavian and English-speaking clients across different locations and time zones.
